Run DMC to Reunite at Fun Fun Fun Fest in Austin, TX (Video)

After a near decade long hiatus, Run DMC has officially announced there will be a reuiniting of sorts for the three-stripe/shell-toe gang later this year.  The legendary hip-hop crew will perform at the Fun Fun Fun Fest taking place November 2nd – 4th in Austin, Texas.

After the tragic murder of group member Jam Master Jay in 2002, the group retired and hasn’t been seen on stage anywhere.  Although the trio won’t be complete, this will be a welcomed treat to long standing fans of the hip-hop culture who truly understand who Run DMC is, and what they did.
