Facebook Acquires Instagram for $1 Billion!

Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, issued a public statement today via his Facebook profile wherein he shared the news that Facebook has acquired Instagram for 1$ billion. According to Zuckerberg, he plans on maintaining the integrity of Instagram and its established momentum by “providing the best photo sharing experience…and we knew it would be worth bringing these two companies together.”
